About the Role:

TGA of NW Atlanta is looking for an enthusiastic and passionate Youth & Preschool Golf Coach to inspire the next generation of golfers in Marietta, GA! This is a fantastic opportunity to combine a love of golf with a rewarding career working with young children in a fun, energetic environment.

Responsibilities:

Deliver engaging, age-appropriate golf instruction to youth and preschool-aged students

Create a safe, positive, and encouraging learning environment for all skill levels

Lead structured golf clinics, after-school programs, and group lessons

Demonstrate proper golf techniques including grip, stance, swing fundamentals, and putting

Communicate progress and updates with parents and program coordinators

Set up and break down equipment and activity stations before and after sessions

Serve as a positive role model, promoting sportsmanship, focus, and teamwork

Requirements:

Experience working with young children or in youth coaching, education, or childcare

Basic golf knowledge and ability to demonstrate fundamental golf skills

Strong communication and classroom management skills

Energetic, patient, and enthusiastic personality with a passion for youth development

Reliable transportation to program locations in the NW Atlanta/Marietta area

Must pass a background check

CPR/First Aid certification is a plus
