Challenger Sports is looking for a reliable, energetic and enthusiastic soccer coach to fill roles in our Challenger Soccer Academy and Tiny Tykes programs in the Anthem and Phoenix area.

What is Challenger Soccer Academy? Professional coaching in a local soccer organization.

You will mentor and provide support to the organization and coaching staff.

Responsible for managing/coaching/communicating with your own team, number of teams you coach depends on experience.

Deliver in-house practice sessions with various ages, deliver coaches clinics and provide coach education.

Be a positive role model and offer clear and continual feedback to players, parents and coaches.

Act as an ambassador of Challenger Sports.

Information:

Practices with your teams will take place in the evenings Mon-Fri.

There will also be some Saturday mornings where you are required to coach during the teams weekend soccer matches.

What is TinyTykes? TinyTykes is a FUNdamental introduction to the game of soccer for players aged 2-6. Players learn the introductory skills of soccer through you teaching them fun games and stories in weekly classes lasting 45 mins each. Our soccer experts and child development professionals have designed an innovative curriculum for you to follow which introduces young soccer stars to the basic skills needed in soccer as well as developing their motor, social, and psychological skills.

Information:

Classes run Monday through Saturday lasting 45-60 minutes each session, and run back to back. Coaches will be provided with uniform, equipment, training and a curriculum to follow.

TinyTykes offers flexible part-time working hours and the opportunity to work in a rewarding and fun environment. Classes typically take place at preschools and sports complexes in the AM and early PM. We are looking for coaches to begin working in January/February.

Location: Anthem, Az

Compensation: $16-22 per hour bonus schemes available. Pay is dependent on experience.

Requirements:

Criminal Background Check or willingness to begin application

Must be aware of current first aid procedures

It is essential you are personable, with a highly energetic and enthusiastic attitude

Playing/coaching experience is preferred

You must have valid work authorization
