**Looking for Coaches in NOVI and Surrounding Area**

About the Role:

**Immediate Hire** Are you passionate about kids and love the game of soccer? We're hiring multiple soccer coaches to teach toddler and elementary-aged kids the fundamentals of soccer at various daycare and elementary schools in across the Novi region. Coaching requirements Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm with breaks throughout the day - travel to on site location is required.

Join the Soccer Shots team and help shape young lives through the power of play! We’re looking for enthusiastic, energetic coaches to lead engaging soccer sessions for children ages 4 - 10. This is more than just teaching soccer — it's about building confidence, sparking joy, and being a positive role model.

Hours and Pay

Part-Time Hours range from 9am to 5pm Mon-Friday

$19/hr

Recurring Gas Stipend

PTO and Sick Time

Responsibilities:

Leading fun, high-energy soccer sessions for pre-k and elementary-aged children

Creating a safe, playful, and encouraging environment

Using our award-winning curriculum to bring soccer to life

Setting up and packing up equipment before and after sessions

Requirements:

MUST have a High School Diploma or Equivalent** 

A background in sports or early childhood education is a big plus

A genuine love for working with children

A reliable vehicle and willingness to travel locally

Ability to pass a background check (FBI) and LARA
