Youth Soccer Coach — Philadelphia Area (Center City & Surrounding Neighborhoods)

Earn $22 to $28 per hour coaching children ages 2 to 8 in a fun, active, part time role with Soccer Shots Philadelphia.

If you love working with kids and want meaningful work that keeps you moving, this is the perfect opportunity. No prior coaching experience is required. We provide all training and curriculum.

What You Will Do

Lead engaging soccer sessions for children ages 2 to 8

Create a positive, encouraging environment focused on confidence, teamwork, and fun

Communicate professionally with families and represent Soccer Shots core values

Travel to various program sites throughout Philadelphia as needed

What You Will Get

$22 to $28 per hour plus performance bonuses

Paid training at 15 per hour and reimbursement for required child safety clearances

What We Are Looking For

Experience working with children such as babysitting, camps, tutoring, or teaching is a plus but not required
