Captain Kicks is hiring part-time Youth Soccer Instructors to lead fun, introductory soccer classes for young children across Los Angeles.

We work with children ages 2–10 in small group, outdoor settings at parks, schools, and private locations throughout West LA, the South Bay, and the San Fernando Valley.

No advanced soccer background is required—just a positive attitude, energy, and experience working with kids.

What You’ll Do

Lead fun, structured soccer classes for young children

Teach basic soccer skills through games and activities

Manage small groups in outdoor environments

Create a positive, high-energy experience for kids

Requirements

Experience working with children in a group setting (required)

Background in sports, fitness, coaching, or youth programs

Reliable transportation (must travel across LA; no public transit or rideshare)

Energetic, responsible, and comfortable leading groups of kids

Commitment to a full session (~10 weeks)

Schedule

Part-time hours

Weekday and/or weekend availability

Morning to early afternoon shifts

Classes run 30–60 minutes

Pay

Training: $20/hour

Coach rate (after training): $30 per class

Lead Coach (after ~8–10 weeks): $40 per class + mileage reimbursement
