$20-$30/hr | Part-Time | Flexible Schedule

We run youth soccer programs for kids ages 5-14 at schools and rec centers across Fairfax County, Loudoun, Arlington, and Herndon. We need a soccer coach who can make the game fun and teach real skills to beginners and developing players alike.

What you will do:

• Lead after-school and weekend soccer classes at local schools and rec centers
• Deliver OTA curriculum for assigned age group (we train you on it)
• Run drills, small-sided games, and skill progressions
• Manage your class independently - setup, instruction, dismissal
• Ensure every kid is safely dismissed before leaving

What we are looking for:

• Soccer background - played, coached, or trained at any level
• Experience working with kids ages 5-14
• Ability to keep young players engaged and moving
• Reliable, punctual, professional
• Must pass background check + fingerprinting
• Reliable transportation to assigned sites

Pay and Schedule:

• $20-$25/hr to start based on experience
• Up to $30/hr for returning, experienced coaches
• 1-4 days/week depending on your availability
• Weekday afternoons and/or weekends
