Become a Soccer Shots Coach!

Soccer Shots is the nation’s leader in youth soccer development for children ages 2–8. Our nationally recognized program introduces kids to the beautiful game through high-energy, age-appropriate sessions that blend soccer skills with character development. Our mission is simple: to leave a lasting, positive impact on every child we serve.

Compensation

$20–$30 per hour

Position Overview

We’re seeking enthusiastic, part-time Soccer Coaches who are passionate about working with children and bringing our curriculum to life. As a coach, you’ll:

Lead engaging classes at local schools, parks, and community centers

Inspire kids to build confidence, teamwork, and a love for soccer

Serve as a role model by teaching both soccer skills and life lessons

Represent Soccer Shots with professionalism, energy, and positivity

What We’re Looking For

Energetic, friendly, and professional demeanor

Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license (travel between locations required)

Clean driving record

Neat appearance and courteous attitude

Commitment to upholding Soccer Shots’ values and brand standards

Previous experience working with children or coaching is a plus (but not required—we provide training!)

Work Environment

In-person role—no remote work

Flexible scheduling with opportunities to coach mornings, afternoons, evenings, or weekends
