About Jumptwist Ninja:

At Jumptwist Ninja, we're dedicated to empowering kids and helping them develop physical fitness, self-confidence, and a love for obstacle courses. We are on the lookout for energetic and passionate coaches who will lead, inspire, and add value to our team while taking our kids to new heights.

Job Responsibilities:

Lead a group of students through challenging and engaging obstacle courses

Maintain control and a positive environment amongst the group

Project high levels of energy, animation, and motivation while coaching

Follow the provided weekly curriculum and collaborate with team members

Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the gym

Arrive punctually and professionally dressed in uniform

Treat co-workers with mutual respect

Lift children safely and spot them through obstacle courses

Demonstrate some of the obstacles (preferred, but not required)

Requirements:

Previous coaching experience

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work effectively with children of various ages, abilities, and personalities

Flexibility and adaptability to follow the curriculum and meet the individual needs of students

Team player mindset with a willingness to grow with Jumptwist Ninja
