About the Role:

Join TGA & Soccer Stars of Conejo Valley as a Youth Sports Coach and inspire the next generation of athletes! We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who are passionate about sports and dedicated to fostering a positive and fun learning environment for children in Thousand Oaks, CA. We are looking for coaches with experience in any of the following: Cheerleading, Flag Football, Golf, Lacrosse, Pickleball, Soccer, Tennis or Volleyball, and have a passion for working with kids.

Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver engaging sports coaching sessions for youth athletes.

Develop age-appropriate training programs that enhance skills and teamwork.

Provide constructive feedback to help players improve their performance.

Foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere for all participants.

Monitor and ensure the safety and well-being of all athletes during activities.

Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress.

Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance coaching skills.

Promote sportsmanship and a love for the game among players.

Requirements:

Previous experience in coaching youth sports or related activities.

Strong knowledge of any of the sports listed above is preferred.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to motivate and inspire children of various skill levels.

Current CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.

Must be reliable, punctual, and have a positive attitude.

Background check clearance is required for all candidates.

Passion for sports and youth development is essential.
