Responsibilities: • Coach youth athletes in small group strength, speed, and agility sessions • Teach proper movement mechanics, lifting technique, and athletic fundamentals • Create and deliver engaging, age-appropriate workouts that build athleticism and confidence • Track progress and provide feedback to athletes and parents Qualifications: • Background in exercise science, kinesiology, or a related field (preferred) • Experience coaching or training youth athletes (team or individual) • Ability to connect with kids and create an energetic, positive training atmosphere • Strong communication and leadership skills • Certifications such as CSCS, NASM-PES, or USA Weightlifting (preferred but not required) Compensation: $20 - $40 hourly
