Youtopia®: We're on a mission to optimize your health with precision nourishment.  Our initial product launch will provide a way to make this simple and achievable for all of us.

On our team, we strive to help you dedicate 70% of your working time doing what you do best: providing sincere, genuine, and memorable moments of hospitality and having a blast doing it!  As an Ambassador of Youtopia, it starts with you discovering customers' needs. You are the first person a customer meets when they enter the store. You are their Youtopia guide — advising, selling, and helping customers discover what's possible for them with Precision Nourishment. 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Greet guests and respond to requests in a friendly and courteous manner, bringing hospitality to every interaction
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures
• Perform opening, mid-shift, and closing duties complying with Youtopia's operational standards
• Always adhere to company uniform and grooming standards
• Perform any related duties as requested by the supervisor/manager
• Assist other team members when needed
• Updates job knowledge by participating in staff training opportunities
• Enhances the organization's reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

• Excellent Emotional Self Awareness under pressure while maintaining a graceful, warm presence
• Excellent customer service skills
• You have strong people skills-you're approachable, a good listener, and empathetic.
• A minimum of 1-2 years' previous sales experience in a retail store or similar environment
• Great communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to stand or walk for long periods of time
