    Job Summary

    The Office Admin will open the office, review email, adjust schedules, print schedules, talk with the teams, have a meeting, enter data, have coffee, be motivational and positive, supportive of our teams, communicate with manager and have a great day. HOURS 7:30 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. Monday thru Friday.

    Responsibilities

    Spanish/English Bilingual REQUIRED

    Manage day-to-day performance of maid teams

    Generate ideas for sales contests and motivational initiatives

    Lead and schedule daily team meetings with the sales team

    Collect payments

    Track team metrics and report data to owner on a regular basis

    If we have a call-out, you will have to drive the team

    Qualifications

    Google Suite

    Quickbooks

    Excel

    Strong people skills

    Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

    Hardworking, persistent, and dependable
