    GROWTH MARKETING ANALYST

    Yumi is looking for a Growth Marketing Analyst! Yumi is a rapidly growing DTC brand delivering fresh baby food to households weekly.  As a key member of the marketing team, you will be responsible for data-driven insights that help drive Yumi's marketing team to achieve continued quarterly revenue growth. The ideal candidate will be able to effectively extract, organize, and aggregate large data sets and provide actionable insights to optimize the marketing campaign's targeting, creatives, and bidding strategies. The candidate should be able to effectively communicate their findings to various stakeholders within the growth team.

    The Role You Will Have

    • Support and coordinate with growth and retention managers to measure the impact of acquisition and retention initiatives
    • Recommend A/B testing of creative, messaging and targeting strategies 
    • Measure and report on the success of ad creatives, targeting, and bidding strategies on a marketing campaign's performance and revenue
    • Own the data analysis and visualization, communicating various test results within the growth team
    • Build, maintain, and communicate detailed reporting models
      • Develop tagging framework and provide QA support

    Ensure data integrity & documentation of tracking standards

    Troubleshoot and debug analytics implementation

    • Work across both marketing and development to support both teams with analytics tracking
    • Generate reporting dashboards and provide insights and recommendations based on data

    • High Proficiency in Excel required

    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth, team-oriented startup environment

    • Passionate about the digital advertising and optimization space

    • Experience using Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Periscope and Segment.

    • Ability to write complex SQL queries to extract data and create reporting tables

    • Ability to review and ensure accurate implementation of Google Tag Manager (GTM), Facebook & other social media pixels following industry standards

    • Deep understanding of customer attribution modeling and ROI analysis
