FOR THE FIRST TWELVE MONTHS OF THE ROLE, THIS PERSON WILL LEAD THREE MAJOR SYSTEM PROJECTS – ERP IMPLEMENTATION, FINANCIAL REPORTING TOOL IMPLEMENTATION, AND SALESFORCE.COM UPGRADE.

THE COMPANY HAS A GREAT IT DEPARTMENT – THIS PERSON WILL BE THE LIAISON BETWEEN ACCOUNTING/FINANCE AND IT FOR THE PROJECTS.

Ensures that daily accounting functions and duties are accurately and timely completed. Responsible for reviewing the daily operations of the Accounting team for accuracy and resolving issues; researches and resolves accounting errors and discrepancies promptly.

Oversees month end entries are completed timely and assist with month end close. Reviews and approves assigned General Ledger reconciliations monthly for completeness and accuracy. 

Qualifications

·       Bachelors degree

·       5 years progressive experience

·       Experience in accounting, financial statement, and financial analysis preparation.

·       Experience in preparation of accounting and financial reports.

·       ERP implementation experience

·       Outgoing personality

·       Leadership skills
