Qualifications
OUR EXPECTATIONS
- Bachelors Degree
- 5 to 10 years of experience designing from concept through production.
- Experience implementing Design for Manufacturability (DFM) principles into design.
- Experience with industrial design and human factors engineering strongly preferred.
- Strong mechanical, analytical and problem solving skills.
- Creative with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects with sometimes conflicting priorities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clinicians, engineers and team members.
- Ability to work independently and with others in a fast-paced, results oriented environment.

Compensation: $95,000 - $105,000 + 10% bonus, weeks of PTO and great benefits
