    Job Description

     Great opportunity for a Sr. Marketing Manager, Global New Product Development/Innovation .

     This newly created role will lead new product development for fasting growing portfolio including consumer insight generation, concept validation, product positioning, pricing analysis and commercial product launch plans. This marketing leader will ensure innovation projects are aligned with business unit strategy and collaborates with the global and regional teams across R&D, product development, business development, value chain, supply chain, sales, regulatory, legal and marketing teams.

    ·        Develop and deliver new product launches to drive key strategic growth through launches

    ·        Passion for identifying consumer insights and transforming insights into significant marketing innovations.

    ·        Work cross-functionally with internal Product Development, Brand, R&D and Operations, Finance teams to lead the new product development process for the global business from initial concept development, forecasting, pricing development, project validation and commercial readiness

    ·        Manage new product development process and deliverables throughout stage-gate approval process

    ·        Apply solid understanding of Operations, R&D and Regulatory environment (how product is made, product formulation, development of claims and clinical research) to product positioning

    ·        Act as a key liaison across marketing, marketing intelligence, strategic development, R&D and BD and works closely with other BU’s

    Lead internal marketing insights to develop best practices and synthesize market and consumer trends into viable new business opportunities that will deliver strong opportunity for profitable business pipeline and growth

    Identify strategic platforms for future growth either through own development, partnership or acquisition through solid understanding of the consumer profile and insights

    Proactive identification of business opportunities and sales targets in close collaboration with commercial development, sales and other stakeholders

  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    ·        Bachelors’ degree required, MBA strongly preferred

    ·        Experience leading global cross-functional teams

    ·        Excellent communication skills and ability to present externally and internally

    ·        Strong project management skills, understanding stage-gate cycles, with a hands-on mentality and strong consumer orientation

    ·        Open-minded, creative, out-of-the box thinker. Being able to think big, start small, learn fast

    ·        Proven track record in delivering global product launches that deliver sales and profit growth

    ·        Cross-functional knowledge (Operations, Finance, Sales, Quality and Regulatory)

    Compensation: $150,000 - $160,000 + 20% bonus, great benefits and several weeks of vacation
