Z Energy Management Group is an award winning privately owned business that serves the Michigan Area's clean energy needs. Our company offers several clean energy options for households and businesses.

We are looking for result oriented and driven people to become Lead Generation Specialists. Z Energy Management Group is currently hiring lead generation staff for our Oak Park, MI location.

In a Lead Gen to Consultant role , you are expected to work a five day work week. Our highly skilled training managers will train the right candidates on how to generate leads to aid advisors in educating and selling the perfect clean energy solution. Our company’s goal is to optimize best lead setting practices for our Consultants, as to ensure the highest levels of satisfaction for our loyal customers.

You will be setting appointments at residential & commercial locations for Sales Consultants. For the the right candidate, advancement to Sales Consultant, Asst. Management, General Management roles will be possible.

Lead Generation Specialists are paid salary + bonuses.

Job Requirements:

• Ability to follow directions from supervisor to complete required tasks to promote company growth.

• Technological acumen required for use of computer based systems.

All applicants must have a valid Drivers License.

Pay: $35,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
