SALES & CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (ENTRY LEVEL TEAM PLAYER)

**Please note that this is not a remote position, a daily commute in the Cleveland area is required

THE PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES OF AN ENTRY LEVEL SALES & CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE ARE:

• Maintain records on customer interactions
• Meet with the customer in person to discuss their areas of need
• Develop a business development plan
• Utilize an effective and efficient system
• Succeed in company-sponsored training classes
• Specialize in customer retention and customer acquisition

REQUIREMENTS FOR THE ENTRY LEVEL SALES & CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE:

• Must live in the Columbus area
• Interpersonal and communications skills are a must
• 1-3 years of experience in retail, restaurant, sales, or a customer service-based type role
• Easy to adapt to any kind of situation
• People-oriented
• Team-oriented
• Solution-oriented
• A Bachelor degree is preferred
