Our rapidly growing law practice is seeking a full-time sales and intake specialist to join our team! You’ll survey prospective clients and empathize with them on the details of their cases, manage new client onboarding and data entry, and help our lawyers book and manage their appointments. We’ll provide the training and resources to help you flourish in your role on a tight-knit, supportive, and passionate legal team. Prior sales or customer service experience is a huge plus. Compensation is based on your expertise and proficiency level. Responsibilities: • Work with marketing to collaborate on outbound sales tactics and partnerships with other law firms in order to help bring in new cases • Manage attorney schedules, including prospective client consultations, to foster caseload growth • Survey potential clients to determine the right fit with our practice, while listening to all phone calls in an empathetic manner • Organize paperwork and perform data entry in our case management system to streamline new client onboarding and current client files • Connect with families and individuals in need of family law or trusts and estates services over the phone, via email, and in person • Book consultations for prospective new clients (“PNCs”) and achieve set consultation sales goals with our lawyers to expand our caseload in accordance and ensure meeting schedules are accurate • Work closely with the Client Relationship Manager and other members of the client care team to follow up with leads and prospective clients who have not booked a consultation or engaged our services • Help foster prospective client connections and shape client awareness and partnership initiatives by providing input and feedback to the marketing team about the client’s pain points, fears, goals, and desires by providing input into and feedback on awareness and law firm partnership initiatives alongside the marketing team • Manage administrative aspects of client onboarding, and proactively suggest improvements to streamline and improve the onboarding process and overall client experience • Organize paperwork and perform data entry in our case management system to streamline new client onboarding and current client files • Approach all phone, email, and in-person interactions with a compassionate attitude and a desire to help • Contact current and former clients to check in and offer non-legal support, including referrals to trusted local businesses and law firm partners • Survey potential clients to determine the right fit with our practice, while listening to all phone calls in an empathetic manner Qualifications: • Full familiarity with the Microsoft Office suite, with advanced Excel proficiency • Familiarity with case management and CRM systems a bonus • Previous customer service or sales experience preferred • Strong ability to communicate eloquently and empathetically a must • Firm knowledge of spreadsheet and data management, as well as computer skills Our ideal candidate… • Has the ability to learn and implement new technology • Excited by the idea that every phone call is a new possibility for connection with someone whose problem you may be able to solve • Has an innate desire to help people and make a difference in the lives of those in need • Is motivated by, and able to achieve, given sales goals • Has excellent oral and written communication skills • Is organized and proactive, with a desire to shape policies, procedures, and processes within their department, and others • Has a team-oriented mindset, and is always willing to jump in where needed • Be reliable and punctual and enjoy working in person with colleagues Other Qualifications • Experience with HubSpot, Clio, and Asana (or similar platforms) a plus CRM systems such as Hubspot, and case management platforms, such as Clio experience a plus • Skilled with Microsoft Office and Google Suite • Customer service or sales experience a plus • A high school diploma or equivalent is needed • Preference is given to candidates who hold a Bachelor’s degree, while a Bachelor’s degree is desired • Solid data entry, spreadsheet management, and computer skills • Skilled with Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel Compensation: $50,000 - $60,000 yearly
