    The Legal Receptionist is a critical member of our Client Care Coordination Team. The Receptionist is our director of first impressions and assists clients, potential clients, opposing counsel, vendors, and courthouse personnel. It is the Receptionist's primary responsibility to make all callers and visitors to the office feel welcomed and comfortable. The Receptionist is often the first impression visitors have of the firm and it is important they exude confidence and professionalism. The right person will be excited when the phone rings to find out who is on the other end and how they can help. They will provide all callers with a seamless experience. The Receptionist is responsible for answering all phone calls, processing mail, preparing the office for client meetings, and providing refreshments to clients and visitors. The Receptionist should be able to take, receive, and log detailed messages, as well as receive packages and deliveries. The Receptionist is responsible for maintaining and keeping the reception area, conference room(s), and kitchen clean, tidy, and organized. Click here to learn more about our team: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7TLSC5_vbVI&t=7s Responsibilities: • Catalog and organize information for data entry including maintaining mailing lists of clients and referral sources, organizing marketing outreach projects, and managing the firm’s databases • Receive phone calls and visitors to the office and facilitate phone appointments and in-office appointments • Keep track of firm conference rooms and events • Keep the firm’s plants alive • Sort all incoming mail and packages delivered to the law firm and process mail according to firm policies • General office tasks including copying, faxing, or e-mailing various documents at the request of the legal production team • Complete errands within walking distance of our office building Qualifications: • The most important qualifications are that you: (1) understand the importance of delivering an incredible client experience, (2) have an excellent skill set for compiling and organizing information, (3) have a true passion for helping others through a difficult time in their lives; (4) possess a proficiency for problem-solving, (5) are comfortable in the role of “Director of First Impressions” to everyone we meet • You are happy in fast-paced work environments, enjoy working in a team, and have an empathetic approach to clients • If you see family law as an opportunity to help clients reimagine their life, you will like the way we think • You appreciate the value of streamlined policies and procedures to ensure that each client receives excellent representation, and you are comfortable adapting your personal style to incorporate our high standards of care • Skills and experience are important and valued, but your personality, character, intelligence, and integrity are extremely important considerations • We are growing, and you will be called upon to wear many hats.
