Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

1. Assist in performing internal finanicial analysis

2. Assist loan reporting requirements.

3. Communicate with lenders and banks on loan and payment status.

4. Assist in assuring that company’s financial systems are supporting current activities and future growth.

5. Draft bilingual reports in English and Chinese when required.

6. Must be a team player and be flexible in lending a helping hand when needed to the Accounting Team.

7. Other duties assigned by the Finance Team.

​Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• Familiar with property tax in Real State Development and General Contracting
• Bi-lingual in English and Chinese to help translate reports
• 3+ years of experience in Finance or Banking (Commercial loan preferred).
• Strong analytical skills
• Apply critical thinking skill, financial modeling and other best practices to determine best financial approach, to meet financial goals while maintaining budget controls.
• Ability to work independently in a fast paced environment.
• Strong team player who is able to work across multiple functions and disciplines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Notary Public is a plus
