Z Movers, LLC is a Los Angeles based moving company established with the premise that moving to a new home should be a positive experience at every phase. From the first time a customer hears our voice on the phone until we unwrap the last piece of furniture, we want to make sure they know we care. It’s our job to make their move as stress-free as possible. We are looking for team members who embrace that concept wholeheartedly.
DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answer incoming phone calls
- Booking and scheduling moves
- Responding to general inquiries
- Addressing follow-up customer questions and concerns
- Scheduling on-site or virtual surveys
- Acquiring Insurance Certificates for Customers
- Generating and Processing Customer Invoices
- Corresponding with relocation specialists and field managers
- Office supply ordering and stocking
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum of two years receptionist and/or customer service experience
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Friendly and upbeat tone when interacting over the phone
- Proficiency with computers in order to manage our CRM
- Outstanding organizational skills and time management
- Some college or associates’ degree required
- Typing and word processing skills
