    We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Risk and Trade Compliance Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting in-depth due diligence on suppliers, vendors, and companies, while ensuring compliance with trade regulations and mitigating supply chain risks. This will involve extensive research in the public domain.

    Responsibilities:

    • Perform comprehensive due diligence on suppliers, vendors, and companies, including but not limited to corporate structures, ownership, operations, and supply chain networks, utilizing public domain sources.
    • Conduct extensive research and analysis in the public domain on trade compliance regulations, such as the Uyghur Forced Labor Prevention Act (UFLPA), forced labor laws, and other relevant regulations.
    • Assess and identify potential risks within the supply chain, including human rights violations, forced labor, environmental concerns, and other ethical and legal issues, using publicly available information.
    • Help clients develop and implement strategies to mitigate identified risks and ensure compliance with trade regulations and company policies.
    • Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings, risks, and recommendations to stakeholders and decision-makers, based on public domain research.
    • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in trade compliance regulations, industry trends, and best practices in supply chain risk management, utilizing public domain sources.
    • Provide subject matter expertise on various commodities, classification systems, manufacturing processes, and supply chain sectors, based on public domain research.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Supply Chain Management, International Trade, Risk Management, or a related discipline.
    • Proven experience in supply chain due diligence, risk assessment, trade compliance, or related areas, with a focus on public domain research.
    • Excellent research and analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex information from multiple public sources.
    • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex concepts clearly and concisely.
    • Familiarity with trade regulations, including UFLPA, forced labor laws, and other relevant compliance frameworks.
    • Knowledge of supply chain operations, manufacturing processes, and commodity classification systems.
    • Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
    • Proficiency in relevant foreign languages is a plus
