    ZBuyerz, a real estate company, is seeking an experienced professional to join our esteemed Acquisitions Team. As an Acquisitions Associate, you will play a pivotal role in negotiating acquisitions and establishing long-term relationships with top real estate agents. At ZBuyerz, we are committed to coaching and empowering our Acquisitions Team members to build wealth, learn about investment opportunities, and achieve their financial goals. We believe in providing a clear and structured career advancement path through our three-step process known as "Crawl, Walk, Run." During the initial "Crawl" phase, you will gain valuable insights into the Fix and Flip Industry, including building relationships with investor-friendly agents, understanding our "Buy Box," negotiating contracts, and identifying profitable flip opportunities. Once you have successfully completed a set number of transactions, you will progress to the "Walk" phase. Here, we will partner with you on a flip project of your choice, allowing you to manage the entire process with our guidance and support. Finally, upon reaching the final transaction milestones, you will enter the "Run" phase. In this phase, you will have the opportunity to establish your own team in a new market or build a team within ZBuyerz. We are seeking individuals who possess qualities such as grit, discipline, the ability to develop and maintain consistent daily habits, and a strong sense of accountability. We value individuals who can diligently follow processes and embrace a company culture centered around empowering others. This position will remain open until filled. New applicants will be contacted before the scheduled monthly training. Responsibilities: • Daily agent outreach phone calls (leads will be provided) • Make offers on vetted investment opportunities • Daily offer follow-up • Follow company-defined Acquisition Process • Answer emails • Attend weekly Acquisition Team meetings and trainings • Source investment opportunities using proprietary investment software • Be held accountable for weekly company-defined KPIs • Treat everyone with respect and integrity Qualifications: • Current California Real Estate Salesperson License (preferred) • Strong background in phone sales and property appraisals/high ticket sales • Understanding of real estate investment models and valuations (preferred) • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • High levels of professionalism • Fluent in English • Ability to master new tasks and follow a defined process • A competitive, achievement-oriented personality • Team player with demonstrated leadership experience and strong personal integrity • Ability to prioritize tasks, work on multiple assignments • Must be highly capable in each of the following dimensions: adaptable, resourceful, analytical thinker/problem solver, proactive, collaborative, tech-savvy, and operating in a dynamic environment. Compensation: $100,000 - $200,000 yearly
