Responsibilities: • Respond to all leads in a timely manner to drive business forward. • Use market trends, comps, data research, site walks, and outreach to assess property value and condition. • Manage leads and follow up through daily CRM use to update and stay on task until deals are closed. • Gain trust with prospects to overcome objections and facilitate a signed contract. • Long-term, consistent follow-up with sales prospects. • Willingness to go above and beyond to meet the needs of clients. • Work with the entire team, and utilize tools and analytics to guide strategies to maximize profitable growth. • Provide reports of all sales activity on a daily/weekly/monthly basis. • Hit daily/weekly/monthly sales KPIs. • Help to develop and implement improvement strategies with the goal of maximizing revenue. Compensation: $70,000 - $120,000
