Job Description

Growing IT and Cloud services company seeking a Network and Computer Engineer to join our team! You will maintain and monitor multiple networks and resolve issues for our clients. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Setup, maintain, and improve company wide cloud management services
• Provide solutions to improve the customer experience and reduce tickets by automating solutions or finding better solutions
• Provide integration options to improve internal processes and system integrations
• Develop deployment processes for company services
• Provide technical assistance with network and computer hardware and software
• Resolve issues for clients via phone, in person, or electronically
• Document systems and processes for support resources and clients
• Maintain up-to-date network documentation

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Positive and professional demeanor
• Experience with ConnectWise a plus
• Microsoft 365 certifications and experience
• Azure Active Directory certification and experience a plus
• Cisco and Cisco Meraki Knowledge and experience
• Experience with Scripting
• Network and computer security certifications and experience encouraged
• API integration experience
• Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
• Knowledge of Windows Servers, Active Directory, DNS, VLAN's, and disaster recovery solutions
• Knowledge of cloud services, Apple and Linux systems also encouraged
• Experience with IT Glue a plus
