    We are an end-to-end Renewable Energy provider, offering products to commercial and enterprise clients in EV Charging solutions, Fleet Electrification, Solar Micro-grids, Energy storage, Hydroponic farming and Rain Water/Grey Water collection systems. Our company handles the entire flow of providing these products and services beginning with Sales, Provisioning, Design and Engineering, Contracting and Construction, Servicing and Maintenance. We are a licensed C-10 contractor and operate construction crews in various areas of CA and soon the rest of the U.S.

    Overview of Position: We are looking for a Junior Accountant with a strong work ethic and a commitment to excellence to join our team and contribute to the success of the company, and be part of a tight-knit family at the same time. We expect nothing less than 100% effort and consistency in the positions we are looking to fill.

    Main Job Tasks, Duties and Responsibilities

    We are looking for a Jr. Accountant to help track and evaluate day-to-day activities. Responsibilities include establishing financial status by developing and implementing systems for collecting, analyzing, verifying, and reporting information. We are also looking for someone to work closely with our financial management team. This includes:

    month and end-year process

    accounts payable/receivable

    cash receipts

    general ledger

    payroll and utilities

    treasury, budgeting

    cash forecasting

    revenue and expenditure variance analysis

    capital assets reconciliations

    trust account statement reconciliations,

    check runs

    fixed asset activity

    debt activity

    Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports or statements

    Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies and principles

    Coordinate and complete annual audits

    Provide recommendations

    Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions

    Assign projects and direct staff to ensure compliance and accuracy

    Meet financial accounting objectives

    Establish and maintain fiscal files and records to document transactions

    Requirements and skills

    Proven working experience as Accountant

    Advanced computer skills on MS Office, accounting software and databases

    Ability to manipulate large amounts of data

    Proven knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, practices, standards, laws and regulations

    High attention to detail and accuracy

    Ability to direct and supervise

    BS degree in Accounting or Finance
