    We are an end-to-end Renewable Energy provider, offering products to commercial and enterprise clients in EV Charging solutions, Fleet Electrification, Solar Microgrids, Energy storage, Hydroponic farming, and Rain Water/Grey Water collection systems. We have been experiencing tremendous growth in all these areas and operate under several government rebate programs that ensure a steady and reliable flow of revenues. Our company handles the entire flow of providing these products and services beginning with Sales, Provisioning, Design and Engineering, Contracting and Construction,

We expect nothing less than 100% effort and consistency in the positions we are looking to fill. In the capacity of Digital Media Specialist, you will report directly to the Manager of Marketing.

    Onsite, Full-Time Position. Monday-Friday.

    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: (THIS IS NOT A REMOTE POSITION)

    Design, implement, and manage our WordPress sites to ensure optimal performance, user-friendly navigation, and compliance with our brand standards.

    Utilize your design skills in Figma and Adobe Illustrator to create captivating visuals and layouts for various digital platforms and marketing campaigns.

    Employ CSS and HTML expertise to tailor web designs and user interfaces, ensuring a consistent and branded digital experience.

    Lead targeted email marketing campaigns, from conceptualization to execution, using best practices in segmentation, content personalization, and analytics to maximize engagement and conversion rates.

    Conduct A/B testing across digital platforms and email campaigns to refine strategies and enhance effectiveness.

    Analyze digital and email campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, drawing insights to inform future marketing strategies.

    Generate engaging, SEO-friendly content for websites, blogs, and marketing materials, aligning with our SEO and content strategies to attract and retain our target audience.

    Collaborate with team members across departments to ensure a unified marketing approach and consistency in brand messaging.

    REQUIREMENTS:

    Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or related fields.

    Demonstrated experience in digital marketing, web design, content creation, and particularly in email marketing strategies and tools.

    Proficiency in WordPress, CSS, HTML, Figma, Adobe Illustrator, and email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact, Klaviyo).

    Strong understanding of digital marketing fundamentals, including SEO, A/B testing, analytics, and email marketing best practices.

    Skilled in data analysis with experience in Google Analytics, capable of translating data into actionable marketing insights.

    Exceptional writing and communication skills, with a knack for creating compelling and relevant content.

    Creative and analytical thinker with meticulous attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

    Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment, managing multiple projects with tight deadlines.

    Effective team player with a positive attitude and excellent interpersonal skills.

    JOB QUALIFICATIONS: (THIS IS NOT A REMOTE POSITION)

    Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the EV/EVSE industry or a strong interest in clean technology and sustainable practices.

    Digital Marketing Experience: Experience with digital marketing tools and strategies, including SEO and email marketing integration.

    Creative Flair: A creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box for social media campaigns and initiatives.
