Job Description

We currently have an in-house Call Center and are now offering a Remote Call Center Representative position. Callers will start out at $15 per hour, but based on our weekly bonus payouts we have callers earning a total of $20-$25 per hour on a 40 hour week.

In this position, YOUR FIRST 2 MONTHS HAVE TO BE WORKED IN OUR CALL CENTER IN LEWISVILLE, as we are going to train you in person on our systems, scripts, process and procedures. After 2 months of training our Call Center Manager can graduate you to working in your home (remote). Once you are remote there are target metrics that you have to achieve in order to keep the remote privilege.

You will be calling fresh leads (NO Cold Calling) and speaking with customers who want to speak with you! We use an internet based dialing system, so you don’t have to do manual dialing which increases your contacts with potential customers. The math is simple…the more Contacts you have, the more Set Appointments, Confirmed Appointments and Demos you will get, which increases your bonus capability.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Qualifies inbound and outbound inquiries/leads and converts them to Free In-Home appointments for our Design Consultants.
• Uses our CRM and technology systems to effectively schedule in-home appointments in the states of Texas and Oklahoma.
• Updates consumer records with lead dispositions, notes, advertising source tracking, etc.
• Maintains a sales mentality and use scripted rebuttals to overcome customer objections.
• Completes various periodic and recurrent career development and skills training sessions (one day per month remote callers have to report to the office for recurring training.)

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Available to work remotely.
• Multiple shifts are available Monday-Friday and Saturdays.
• Minimum 1 year Inside Sales/Call Center experience or phone room setting.
• Home improvement call center inside sales experience strongly preferred
• Willingness to be taught and learn.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency with Windows based applications.
• Excellent computer and phone skills.
• Professional communication and negotiation skills.
• An understanding of Call Center fundamentals
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to empathize with customers
