We are seeking a motivated, customer-friendly tailor that has professional experience in alterations. The ideal candidate will be reliable and have a passion for providing exceptional service to our customers by ensuring a fit that the customer feels good about through proper marking and altering of garments. The tailor will also assist in the selling process by greeting, interacting and handling any special requests for our customers. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Mark garments and ensure proper fit of garments

Expert knowledge to address customer questions

Work with the team to deliver final alterations within required timeframe

Keep tailor station clean and organized

Maintain open dialogue with management

IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:

Proficiency in all basic and advanced alterations

Excellent attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple client garments with care

Experience working in a fast paced environment

Good customer service and communication skills

3 years of previous experience required

Must be 18 or older
