QUALIFICATIONS

The candidate should have 10 years of overall IT experience with emphasis on technology project management.

The candidate must have a minimum of 2 years of experience creating procedure documentation such as job aids, templates, forms, flow diagrams and presentation decks.

5+ years of experience as an Agile Business Analyst; strong understanding of Scrum concepts and methodology

Preferred: • CBAP and/or CSPO Certification

• Experience using Team Foundation Server for agile software development and work item tracking

• Experience with automated testing tools such as Test Complete

Require/Desire Skills

Delivering business and systems analysis artifacts such as Business Requirements Documentation (BRD), Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM) Required 10 Years

Agile Business Analyst; strong understanding of Scrum concepts and methodology -- Required 5 Years

Experience translating business and product strategy requirements into application requirements and user stories --Required 8 Years

Proficient with defining acceptance criteria and managing acceptance process with development-- Required 6 Years

Experience creating wireframes and prototypes (using applications such as Balsamiq) --Required 7 Years

Experience with large, multi-module systems ---Required 8 Years

Expertise with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, Visio, PowerPoint, Project Server)-- Required 10 Years

Experience with Application Lifecycle management (ALM) ---Required 8 Years

Exceptional written and oral communications skills and have the proven ability to work well with a diverse set of peers and customers --Required 10 Years

Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) Certification --Desired 3 Years

Experience using Team Foundation Server for agile software development and work item tracking --Desired 3 Years
