Well-versed in PSDS, ServiceNow implementation, configuration, administration, development, architecture, and Scrum development methodology

Business Needs & Objectives

Expert resource in ServiceNow development to guide development teams through all steps of a development project in the PSDS environment

Expert resource in ServiceNow development to advise on the configuration of the State Enterprise Portal initiative

Expert resource to provide knowledge transfer and training to development teams on PSDS ServiceNow environment

Expert resource to provide escalation point support for the development team with regard to ServiceNow issues.
