Minimum Qualifications

5+ Years | GIS consultants in business

Experience | Success working, meeting, and/or collaborating with: Tribal members, land use and Environment organizations, and state and county agencies

Ability | Demonstrated ability to assess geospatial data and create GIS models

Education

Prior to awarding a contract, institutions of higher education in the state of Washington are required

Preferred Requirements

Demonstrated success reaching planned outcomes in GIS applications

Demonstrated project approach that is positive and collaborative with participants.

Track record of bringing in projects at or under budget, and on time

Able to prepare and present materials professionally in written and oral forms.

Excellent client references, with preference for whose projects are similar in nature to the one described in this RFP
