Salesforce Architect Waterbury, VT (Hybrid) Long term contract

Need Overall 10+ yrs of experience

Scope of Work : The contractor will provide consulting services for planning and implementation of various Customer Relationship Management (CRM) projects, including Client's tailored data model, CRM Center for Enablement, and CRM platform maturation. Services include CRM architecture review, data model maintenance, documentation enhancement, technical expertise in CRM architecture and process improvement, integration of 3rd party applications, and oversight on application design within the Salesforce platform.

Minimum Qualifications

1. Extensive experience with Salesforce CRM, particularly in implementation and architecture.
2. Strong background in CRM data modeling, especially in government contexts.
3. Proven experience in CRM governance and center of excellence establishment.
4. Demonstrated ability in CRM platform maturation and process improvement.
5. Experience with integrating third-party applications into Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
6. Knowledge of project management methodologies consistent with PMI's PMBOK Guide.
7. Prior experience working with state governments on CRM projects (preferred).
8. Familiarity with multi-state collaborative approaches in IT projects.
9. Strong technical expertise in CRM architecture and design.
10. Experience in maintaining and enhancing CRM documentation.
11. Ability to provide oversight and architectural guidance for applications implemented on the CRM platform.
12. Understanding of government-specific data models and compliance requirements.
13. Strong communication and leadership skills to interface with various stakeholders.
14. Relevant certifications in Salesforce or other CRM platforms would be beneficial.
15. A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in senior CRM consulting roles, with at least 3 years specifically in government or public sector projects.

Education 16. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. An advanced degree might be preferred but not necessarily required if the candidate has extensive relevant experience.
