    We are in search of an experienced Sales Account Executive to join our dynamic Sales department. In this role, you will serve as a crucial link between our sales team and clients, ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction.

    As a Sales Account Executive, you should demonstrate outstanding communication and negotiation skills. Proactive problem-solving, addressing clients' needs, and guiding the sale process from initiation to completion are key aspects of this role.

    Ultimately, your contribution will play a pivotal role in driving increased sales and maintaining the excellence of our company-client relationships.

    Responsibilities:

    Manage key accounts.

    Serve as the primary point of contact for clients.

    Organize regular client meetings to understand and discuss their requirements.

    Resolve problems and handle complaints in a timely manner.

    Identify new potential customers.

    Supervise Sales Account Representatives

    Ensure budget and time requirements are met.

    Stay informed about new features and product launches.

    Establish best practices.

    Monitor and report on sales performance analytics.

    Propose innovative ideas to boost sales and enhance customer experience.

    Generating quotations and ensuring completion of the entire sales process within the Zoho system.

    Requirements:

    Proven work experience as a Sales Account Executive

    Experience in Workforce Management/HCM/Time Attendance and Payroll is preferred.

    Hands-on experience in customer service

    Ability to understand clients' needs and enhance customer engagement.

    Solid knowledge of Zoho CRM software and MS Office, with a focus on MS Excel

    Understanding of sales performance metrics

    Excellent communication and negotiation skills

    Analytical and time-management skills

    Strong technical aptitude

    Strong relationship building and networking capability.

    Excellent customer service skills with a strong desire to go above and beyond to exceed customer expectations.

    Job Type: Full-time
