Analyze requirements and work closely with business departments on configuration, implementation and support of SAP applications to fit business needs
Provide guidance on best practices of SAP Business One
Translate business requirements into functional and technical scope and specifications
Regularly liaise with business to provide system support
Communicate technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences
Performs the administration and operation of the SAP Business One systems
Collaborates with Technical SAP third party team members on design and build of the SAP system and infrastructure
Serves as technical support for medium to complex problem resolution. Provide technical expertise for resolving escalated system issues. Participate in crisis meetings as necessary
Ensures adherence to regulatory and compliance requirements within SAP System design and implementation
Automates administrative and operational functions. Provide training and direction to operational teams
Maintains technical knowledge of SAP system components and architecture
Provides technical upgrades as well as functional and technical enhancements. Troubleshooting and resolution of application and system errors
Evaluates, installs, configures, and deploys SAP applications, systems software, products, and/or enhancements to existing applications throughout the company
Installs and configures patches and Support pack upgrades to SAP systems as required
Assists in other areas of the department and company as necessary
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or related field
3 - 5 years demonstrable experience in SAP Business One
Deep understanding of SAP products
Strong technical, functional, and configuration knowledge in SAP Finance, Logistics and Project Management modules
Hands-on experience and knowledge in the technical and functional specifications within SAP
Proven experience and profound knowledge in system configuration.
Strong understanding of business systems architectures, standards, and procedures
Proficient in Microsoft products including Office365 and SharePoint
