ZSG (Zambito Search Group) is a boutique search firm located in Columbus, Ohio. We partner with leading construction general contractors to find outstanding talent for their organizations. Due to our dynamic growth of 20% each year for the past 5 years, we are looking to add professionals to our team with an aptitude in sales or recruiting.

We offer many industry-leading resources: the leading CRM/ATS platform, training both in-house and via the web, and recruiting tools for sourcing professionals and providing business intelligence. This is a great opportunity for someone that likes to interact with high-level hiring professionals and in making a major impact on the lives of the professionals that we recruit for those clients.
