    JOB SUMMARY

    We are looking for a Reservationist to join our transportation team. In this reservation management role, you answer phones and provide customer service to passengers who are booking trips with one of our fleets. You will confirm their pickup location, travel times, and contact information. You may also be checking on the status of orders already placed.  We expect our Reservationist to become familiar with all the transportation options WHC offers.  The potential for personal growth is huge, as you are beginning your career with WHC at an entry level for a reservation and dispatch department.  That department is responsible for thousands of trips daily serving contracts with area municipalities, school districts, private corporate contracts, and individuals serviced by one of our multiple transportation divisions.  

    RESERVATIONIST DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Answer phones and provide customer service
    • Reserve transportation based on customers’ needs/program
    • Process payments and send confirmations
    • Recommend additional services that we provide

    RESERVATIONIST REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

    • High school diploma or GED certificate
    • Familiarity with the metro area
    • Customer service experience preferred
    • Phone communication skills
    • Proficient computer skills

    RESERVATIONIST COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

    • Starting pay $13.00 per hour
