Job Description

Searching for a skilled operations specialist w/ minimum 5 years experience. Must have SECRET level DoD clearance and ability to perform work onsite with the client at least 3 days per week.

POSITION DESCRIPTION:

Manages and tracks all day to day operations, staffing, and taskings at the 06/Colonel level for the government Project Manager. In coordination with government 05-level operations, this role ensures all key senior leader engagements are being scheduled and tracked and documentation and briefings are prepared and submitted IAW Army Senior Leader (ASL) guidance. Leads the 06 PM staff in daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual battle rhythm of activities and tasks. Supports the management and organization of the program's key electronic document repositories. Participates in PM and ASL meetings and engagements as required and dictated by the 06 PM and Deputy PM. Manages, tracks, and supports ad hoc "drive-by" taskings as required.
