Responsibilities: Produce new advertising and marketing campaigns that are relevant and optimized Support the company and agent by tracking incoming leads/prospects so marketing campaigns can be adjusted accordingly to help ensure company growth Has a creative, fresh approach for social media posts and responds in a timely manner to all followers Develop agency team events and then promote on social media channels • Engage with clients to ensure continued relationships • Maintain all media platforms • Day-to-day administrative tasks Qualifications: Strong communication skills both verbal and written are a must Develop new concepts based on input Encourages and is open to innovative ideas and suggestions • Marketing and administrative experience Compensation: $17 - $21 hourly
