Job Description The Personal Lines account manager at Zacharko Insurance Agency is responsible for maintaining solid customer relationships by handling personal lines insurance coverage inquiries and concerns with speed and professionalism through daily interaction with customers, insurance carriers, and fellow employees while conducting specific service and marketing activities

Responsibilities

Answer customer inquiries via phone & email

Resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner

Provide excellent customer service and support

Maintain customer records and update information as needed

Work with co-agents to ensure that customer needs are met

Stay up-to-date on insurance industry trends and regulations

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent

1-2 years of customer service experience

Strong understanding of the insurance industry

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

P&C License preferred but not required
