We are a leading Allstate Insurance Agency in search of a unique individual to join our award-winning team. The ideal candidate will posses a great personality and the ability to work cooperatively within a team. The candidate will interface with our clients and assist with customer support activities. The Job will require the ability to make recommendations and give the best possible advice. The candidate must also be a critical thinker and problem solver.

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years property and casualty experience

• Efficiency in a multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment

• Friendly and personable phone voice

• Posses an active California P&C license

• Bi-lingual is a huge advantage

• Some sales experience

• Huge plus working with in Allstate insurance Agency
