Our personal lines agents help families find home and auto insurance policies that protect them and save them money. With the heart of a teacher, the person in this role will play a vital role in their clients’ financial journeys, walking the clients through the application process and help them understand their coverage.

Your role in protecting families will include:

• Responding to inbound web quote inquiries and application requests
• Reviewing underwriting eligibility to find the best price/coverage options
• Staying up to date with company product offerings and pricing/discount benefits
• Assisting clients with application completion
• Speaking with clients who call in via telephone requesting insurance
• Completing manually or online insurance applications in a thorough and timely manner
• Providing service to customers while going through the application process

• You have a great attitude and the heart of a teacher
• You thrive in a fast-paced environment
• You are reliable, adaptable, and compassionate
• You have a P&C license in Tennessee
• You have a typing speed of at least 45wpm
• You have experience selling home and auto products via telephone
• You have the ability to work from home
