We are seeking a Human Resources Manager for our high growth law firm.

    Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities

    Managing and Supervision– Oversees the firm’s Human Resources and Training Department along with all departmental team members. Must take a leadership role in driving the firm culture. Responsible for planning and overseeing the budgets of the HR Department, including the firm’s employee training budget.

    Hiring and Empoyee Issues – Responsible for managing the firm’s hiring process in all markets. Provides consultation to upper management on strategic staffing plans, employee compensation, benefits, training and development. Responsible for the development and implementation of benefit plans. Responsible for developing and implementing firm policies and guidelines. Directs organizational development programs, employee orientation programs, and training programs. Collaborates with the CEO regarding firm training needs.

    Compliance– Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local laws as well as all rules and regulations.

    Education and Experience

    Bachelors Degree (minimum);

    Experience with multi-location (statewide) operations;

    Experience transitioning a company through the 50 employee FMLA threshold;

    Minimum 5 years relevant work experience;

    SHRM Certified or willing to obtain SHERM certification in the first nine months with Zanes Law (at own expense).
