Join the Zanes Law Case Manager Trainee Program. The program expected start time is mid-January 2022.We are looking for candidates with 0-1 years of personal injury legal experience who will spend six-months in the Zanes Law Legal Case Manager Trainee Program. This includes two weeks of classroom training and the remainder in on-the-job training where you will learn to be a Pre-Litigation Case Manager who has the ability to work efficiently handle a caseload. Finally, a nursing background is considered a plus for this position because we are so involved in our client's health care referrals.About the Job

Our personal Injury law firm serves the state of Arizona and provides the highest level of service with integrity and talent. We are looking for Pre-Litigation Case Manager Trainees who want to learn how to work a personal injury case. You must be organized and driven to learn and grow.

After your six month training program, you will know how to:

Manage a caseload of approximately 80 cases

Medically manage a personal injury case

Communicate with clients effectively

Assist clients with finding the health care providers that they need to see

Assist clients with setting medical appointments

Handle a client's property damage claim

Handle a client's Uninsured Motorists claim

Handle a client's Underinsured Motorists claim

Handle a clients liability claim

Order and obtain a client's medical records

Prepare demand packages
