JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY:
Gather information from potential clients regarding a personal injury experience; evaluate the extent of client and insurance company’s liability concerning personal, casualty, or property loss or damages. Communicate details with assigned attorney and facilitate direct communication between potential client, attorney and case support staff.
REPORTS TO: Intake Manager
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Interview claimants by telephone or in person and provide information on case processing activities.
Encourage potential clients to select Zanes Law as their advocate if appropriate, and obtain necessary documentation necessary to open a case.
Complete Intake Documentation by entering collected data and notes into case management system.
Complete the case opening process and move the case details to the assigned Case Manager.
Answer incoming Intake phone calls and schedule potential clients for appointments.
Other duties as assigned
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities.
REQUIREMENTS:
Education: High school diploma or Associate Degree
Experience: 1 to 3 years of consultative sales experience or insurance claim process with significant client facing activities. Medical background preferred. Strong organizational skills along with excellent oral and written communication abilities are necessary.
Travel: None
Software: Proficiency in the use of MS Office products. Needles and Leaddocket software experience is a plus.
Languages: Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required.
