HUMAN RESOURCES RECRUITER/SPECIALIST

To do so, you must have an ownership mentality in your approach to making decisions, solving problems, and overseeing our law firm’s recruitment process along with some basic human resources work. The ideal candidate will have a history of:
Developing and executing recruiting plans;
Networking through industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups, social media, and employees;
Developing and tracking goals for the recruiting and hiring process;
Coordinating and implementing recruiting initiatives;
Handling administrative duties and record keeping;
Collecting data on cost per hire and time-to-hire
Screening applicants to evaluate if they meet the position requirements;
Creating job descriptions;
Developing a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need;
Researching and recommending new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting;
Handling additional human resources duties.
Because we have offices in both Tucson and Phoenix you must have a willingness to travel.
Qualifications
Education:
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business administration, or a related field.
Experience:
5 years of direct direct HR recruiting experience
Additional HR generalist experience is a plus
Either a SHRM designation or additional certifications is a plus
