We are seeking a part-time Bilingual Intake Coordinator to work collaboratively within our highly talented cross-functional Zanes Law Intake Department. Our clients are often experiencing traumatic situations and our Intake Coordinators are the first communication they have with the firm; it is imperative that these associates portray empathy and kindness to our clients. You will receive extensive training to be able to provide free case consultations for our clients via multiple channels. The first impression of the firm for potential clients is YOU. At all times, you must provide exceptional customer service, empathy, and compassion to our clients by:
Resolving client issues in a professional manner
Scheduling intake appointments and obtaining case information details
Electronically signing up clients who are ready to hire us, and opening cases in our system
Accepting inbound calls and placing outbound calls
Once you have provided the free consultation, and it is determined we are able to help the client, you will obtain signed retainers via email, text, or in person appointments
Requirements
The Intake Center is open Monday through Friday from 7:30 am to 6:00 pm. Our ideal candidate will be able to work anytime during those business hours. Typical shifts are either four or eight hours long.
Bilingual - fluent in Spanish and English, oral and written
High school diploma or GED is required; college degree or enrolled in a current program is preferred
Ability to communicate effectively with clients (sales skills and background a plus)
Able to adapt in an ever-changing environment and handle multiple priorities
Excellent oral communication with an outgoing personality
Able to multitask and learn quickly
Must thrive in a team environment
Reliable and dependable with work schedule
Excellent comprehension and critical-thinking skills
Ability to type at least 35 WPM with excellent writing skills while navigating through multiple software applications
