    Zantech is looking for a talented SAP Security Architect to support our Federal Client with the vision and development of security frameworks for a global ERP Security architecture.

    The SAP Security Architect will support the Government in the design and development of security architectures and frameworks and will develop criteria, assess, & validate proposed and existing security architectures and determine how the components included in a system architecture should be organized to ensure that SAP security requirements are optimized. They will lead global ERP security architecture leveraging overall Enterprise Architecture and SAP security, including components such as Active Directory, RSA Archer GRC, SAP GRC Access Control and Process Control as well as Ariba security. They will provide advice on Security Design principles, Security Architecture standards and industry SAP best practices. Lead design strategy and integration with existing security model as well as lead the vendor security solution evaluation and conduct hands on proof-of-concepts to ensure working solutions, such as “Attribute Based Access Control” and Security for SAP “Defense and Security” solution.

    This person will be responsible to lead and provide guidance of SAP S/4HANA security design change as needed.  Guide the product teams in terms of security SAP ERP implementation.  Provide architecture support including design and troubleshooting security issues.

    RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

    • Determines enterprise information assurance and security standards.
    • Develops and implements information assurance/security standards and procedures.
    • Coordinates, develops, and evaluates security programs for an organization.
    • Recommends information assurance/security solutions to support customers' requirements.
    • Identifies, reports, and resolves security violations.
    • Establishes and satisfies information assurance and security requirements based upon the analysis of user, policy, regulatory, and resource demands.
    • Supports customers at the highest levels in the development and implementation of doctrine and policies.
    • Applies know-how to government and commercial common user systems, as well as to dedicated special purpose systems requiring specialized security features and procedures.
    • Performs analysis, design, and development of security features for system architectures.
    • Analyzes and defines security requirements for computer systems which may include mainframes, workstations, and personal computers.
    • Designs, develops, engineers, and implements solutions that meet security requirements.
    • Provides integration and implementation of the computer system security solution.
    • Analyzes general information assurance-related technical problems and provides basic engineering and technical support in solving these problems.
    • Performs vulnerability/risk analyses of computer systems and applications during all phases of the system development life cycle.
    • Ensures that all information systems are functional and secure.
    • Provide guidance on Segregation of Duties/Audit compliance to meet DoD/industry standards
    • Assess security products in the areas of physical, cloud network and application development.
    • Assist, collaborate, and coordinate with other security offices and divisions.
    • Coordinate with members of the DoD, the IC and other officials as required to keep abreast of current information.

    REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

    • Must have the expertise to design and cyber-harden GFEBS in current architecture and in a cloud based architecture implementation
    • Must have the ability to participate or provide expertise in the design being developed by the System Integrator
    • Must have 10 years SAP Information Assurance (IA)
    • Must have 10 years SAP Architect Security experience
    • Bachelors Degree
    • CISSP or other IAT III Cert such as: CASP CE, CISA, GCED, GICSP, GCIH

    REQUIRED SECURITY CLEARANCE:

    • Active DOD Secret or higher per contract requirements

    PREFERRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

    • Expert in all aspects of SAP Security & GRC
    • Clear understanding of continuous audit compliance processes and concepts
    • Experience in generating various SAP Security related reports for documentation and status reporting
    • Ability to research, identify, recommend and communicate solutions to day-to-day issues
    • Experience with IATT (interim authority to Test) or ATO (authority to operate) accreditation experience (Desired and a HUGE PLUS.)
    • 8+ years DOD or Army SAP Security experience
    • Knowledge of current authorization practices, particularly within the DOD/Department of the Army
    • Familiarity with networked systems and remote updating of security controls in those systems.
    • Strong oral and written communication skills are required.
    • Experience with presenting and briefing as a stand-in for primary briefer
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for resolving security issues
    • Knowledge of information assurance and security practices
    • Ability to manage multiple simultaneous tasks
