    Summary We are looking for self-motivated and eager professionals to join our team. Our Telemarketer/Appointment Setter position (outbound telemarketing and appointment setting) involves calling out to leads to discuss our services and setting an appointment for our Sales Specialists. Must be friendly with strong phone and verbal communication ability, along with active listening skills and proficient with a computer. The primary role is to generate appointments for the Sales Team by performing outbound telesales campaigns with the goal of qualifying accounts for services. In addition, will complete all necessary tasks and activities in follow-up to telemarketing campaigns. Including accurately recording all gathered data and communicating regularly and timely with marketing and sales teams.  Can you multi-task and manage your time effectively? Duties and Requirements Follow established call flows to better target the wants, interests, and needs of prospects. • Contact prospects by telephone to solicit sales, qualify leads and set appointments. Follow up as needed by email with those leads to provide additional information. • Type detailed notes on call outcomes and qualified leads. • Maintain records of contacts and accounts. • Keep and update call logs. • Make up to 100 calls per day • Document all conversations with leads and follow-up with leads in CRM. • Reach and exceed weekly and monthly goals. • Marketing materials prep Professional and personable attitude • Energetic, enthusiastic, outgoing personality • Active listener • Articulate with clear enunciation  • A written and conversational communicator • Persuasive and influential - Able to meet established goals. • Able to solve problems using critical thinking and logic • Self-motivated, directed and driven • Mission-driven, goal and detail-oriented • Resilient to rejection and able to overcome obstacles and objections with a smile • Adaptable, teachable, and willing to learn and keep on learning Qualifications include but are not limited to • 12-24 months minimum experience B2B cold calling, or telemarketing experience  • Experienced in 50+ dials per day • Productive and successful at cold calling • Excellent customer service skills • Must be a self-starter • Must be capable of working independently • Must be capable of working directly with Marketing and Sales Teams • Ability to handle stressful situations and thrive under pressure • Impeccable integrity and honesty • Highly motivated and driven to succeed • One or two years of experience in administration strongly preferred • Excellent presentation, written and communication skills • Positive attitude • Experienced in Word, Excel, and Outlook Must have a computer and headset to make calls from home.  Benefits • Fun company culture and positive work atmosphere. • Base pay based on experience plus commissions • Part-time • Monday, Wednesday, Thursday
